Poppy has a new and I might say continental taste. She's just had a snail fest outside. Everytime i got her to give me the snail, she ran off and found another. We were in our place and she was off lead, as everyone is in bed - so having quite a ball! I couldn't help but laugh - i was trying so hard to be quiet getting the snails off her,Then I threw one to get rid of it and hit a car roof - setting the alarm off :oops:
Dunno - but i know that I was told by the vet to keep her away from them till her jabs kicked in - it's a dilema tbh - if I start getting into the habit of trying to remove everything she picks up from her mouth, she's going to start thinking were playing chase all the time.....It started to happen, so I now simply turn and walk away - if she follows, I feed her and at that point she tends to drop whatever it is.
